 ibilidad\, el medio rural y el derecho a la alimentación mediante el interc
 ambio de historias reales. Los asistentes podrán escuchar a diversos 'libro
 s humanos'\, incluyendo a Sara y Luis\, responsables de un proyecto de cult
 ivo de arándanos en la Vega de Pas\, y a Jean Jubou\, quien compartirá su v
 ivencia en Haití. El encuentro integra también testimonios del tejido local
  cántabro y de profesionales de proyectos de ayuda humanitaria. Esta inicia
 tiva busca romper estereotipos y fomentar la tolerancia a través de la escu
 cha activa de personas vinculadas a la cocina\, la agricultura y la coopera
